Why I teach yoga?
I have always been fascinated by the human body and how students interact with their own bodies. I enjoy the feedback that I get from students as they find new areas of openness or sometimes of blockages.
Generally my students are free thinkers, who want to explore other areas of life and who are not afraid to ask relevant questions. I teach a class that is geared to learning about the awareness of the body. The yogi needs to remain both teachable and adaptable, in the learning environment.
We learn tremendously by observing nature and becoming chameleons who can adapt to any situation that life may throw at us. I am not talking about compromise but variability. An adaptable yoga integrity that gets the job done.
