I have always been fascinated by the human body and how students interact with their own bodies. I enjoy the feedback that I get from students as they find new areas of openness or sometimes of blockages.

Private Coaching
Yoga in times past was taught one-on-one. Similarly, the teacher/student relationship is one of nourishment. The student is taught to take responsibility for their ‘own’ practice - independence is nurtured.
